Additionally, the app sends notifications when SAP support engineers provide updates, ensuring that customers stay informed.
The app offers seamless integration with SAP ONE Support Launchpad, allowing incidents to be processed on either the mobile app or the web. Users can view their own open or confirmed incidents, and provide quick replies or additional attachments for existing incidents. SAP Hotline can be accessed directly from within the app, and users can view the incident solutions provided by SAP support engineers. Incidents can be closed when it's on the customer's action or when a solution has been proposed by SAP.
